Changes
0.0.22.0 provided the following changes:
- Profession Leveling Added
- You can level up specific professions at shrines found around the world.
- Currently includes: Mining, Woodcutting, Blacksmithing, Melee Combat and Archery.
- You can gain up to 3 skill points at a time per profession.
- This means you can't technically max out unspent skill points for every profession, so you can't completely flip professions if you choose to.
- You can have a maximum of 8 skills.
- This means you can't have every ability in the game all at once.
- You MUST 'practice' a skill before you can 'purchase' it.
- When selecting a skill orb (by clicking on it), the required tools will appear with glyphs somewhat describing what needs to be done.
- Once successfully practiced once, big feel good ding will sound out and you can purchase that skill.
- Skills are currently purchased by HOLDING down on an orb. (Will change next update.)
- Available skills are white, owned skills are blue, and red are unavailable.
- Experience can be reclaimed by HOLDING down on an owned skill orb.
- You lose some XP when you do this, so think carefully.
- This interaction will also change to be much more deliberate, but be careful for now.
- You can level up specific professions at shrines found around the world.
- Added unique sounds for forging.
- Kunai (Throwing knives) now embed into things.
- Rusty, and Karimata type arrows do a bit more damage.
- Slight improvements to arrow impact reliability.
- Added decay to sandstone.
- Fixed issue with cave populations. (Boulders, wyrms, etc...)
- Fixed minor orientation issue with stake crafting slots.
- Fixed quivers spazzing out with crystal tipped arrows.
- Fixed issue where wyrms could spit through chest lids.
