Changes

0.0.6.0 provided the following changes:

  • Chiseling Profession Added! (You can make handles now!)
  • You can now visit a new building in town, that enables you to create handles and other basic wooden tools.
  • Flints got buffed, they've got a new ability to go with this feature. (One day, we'll have a list of all the things flint can do.)
  • We're curious to see how you learn this process, so let us hear your stories on Discord.
  • New crafting content, to go alongside the new feature.
  • houses now have signs to identify their purpose.
  • Pages can now be turned by hand. simply grab and...turn the page.
  • Pages can also be duplicated, if you attempt to 'rip' a page out, it will create a duplicate of the page. Duplicates cannot be docked, and will burn up after a short time.
  • New small cabin outside of the woodcutting glades, acts as a small rest stop for would be woodcutters.
  • Players now spawn just outside of the cave entrance if you quit and re-logged whilst in the caves.
  • Functional wall racks, wall racks can now have tools docked into them.
  • New dice model.
  • Rugs now have collision, so pages won't be 'lost' inside of them anymore.
  • We've tamed the mimics...for a while. (Fixed cave content duplications, and thus the chests within chests.)
  • Oculus players are cool kids too! (Closed hand animation fixed for oculus players, fist bump away!)
  • [REDACTED] Bow strings aren't made out of elastic bands, you know. (Bow strings can no longer be pulled back indefinitely.)
  • If a dock gets an item and no one is there to hear it, is it docked? Yes, yes it is. (When docks are loading, they won't play docking sounds anymore.)
  • Fixed issue where Crystal Wyrms would sometimes spit caustic goo instead of crystal balls.
  • Various terrain rendering optimizations.
  • Fixed some instances of forging items reverting to an unforged visual state. Let us know if you encounter this after the patch.
  • Fixed issue where forging items wouldn't play a 'done' effect when completed.
