Crystal Shards are small, sharp pieces of crystal found in crystal veins. (Is there a code name for this?)
Uses
Crystal Shards can be used as a dagger, as an arrowhead for arrows or as a throwing weapon. They glow in the dark, similarly to Gotera Spores; not giving off much light themselves, but being easy to spot in darkness. Because of this, they work excellently as markers within Mines when attached to a Wooden Stake.
Obtaining
Crystal Shards can be obtained via smashing Crystal Gems (at a rate of 2 shards to one Gem), or as a drop from mining blue Crystal Ore Veins.
