Eating is the process of consuming any type of Food Items in A Township Tale.

Nutrition, Health and Fullness Bars.jpg

Your level of Nutrition affects how well you are able to survive. It determines how quickly you can move, as well as your general health. Failing to maintain your Nutrition will result in your character slowing down, and eventually taking damage and dying.

Your Nutrition level is displayed via a bar on either of a Player's wrist, underneath the Health bar and Fullness pips.


Fullness

Your level of Fullness determines how much more Food a Player can consume. Once filled, your Fullness bar will no longer allow you to gain Nutrition.

This may be an issue for Players who do not manage what they consume, as their Nutrition bar directly links to their ability to traverse the world, and decides whether or not your survive.

Different Food Items fill up your Fullness bar more than others. Consuming too much of one unhealthy Food Item will fill up your Fullness bar more than consuming a healthy variety of Food Items and Stews.

If all 5 of your Fullness Bar Pips are filled, you will no longer be able to eat until your burn off those previous food items.

Advice

Balancing your Nutrition and Fullness is difficult business, but it is quite possible. To stay healthy, consider eating Spriggull Meat and Stew for maximum Nutrition.
