0.0.26.0 was released on the 19th of February 2019 and was succeeded by 0.0.27.0.
Changes
0.0.26.0 provided the following changes:
- Quick Access Menu added to the game.
- Pressing the 'menu' button will now display a set of quick settings.
- Settings include:
- Display nearby player names.
- Enter/Exit Armor Equipment Mode
- Enable/Disable Microphone
- Interact by moving your hand over the desired setting, and releasing the menu button when selected.
- You don't need two hands for this, the hand that spawned the menu is the only one that can interact with it.
- Your own player name appears above your avatar in Equipment Mode.
- Holding both menu buttons no longer enters Equipment Mode, use the Quick Access menu to access this function.
- Added sounds for entering and exiting Equipment Mode.
- Improved Voice Chat (Vivox)
- Voice Chat is now reliable even when servers are under duress!
- Added Rotation Speed to Comfort settings board in Main Menu.
- Fixed issue with misplaced physics authority.
- May notice less strangeness with bags taken off your back. Let us know how it goes!
- Fixed issue with an 'invisible wall' collision inside the cave entrance.
- Fixed issue where Gatherer skill pouches vanished if used simultaneously.
- Items should now decay properly.
- Feels like we've said this a lot, but it should really work now!
All About Supporters
- Supporters can link their Discord Account with their Alta Account to get the 'Supporter' role on Discord.
- Supporters on Discord have access to the 'Supporter' channel. Where we'll be talking about how the role evolves with time, and maybe get to see some slightly more dangerous secrets than normal.
- Supporters also get a special emblem above their names in-game.
