0.0.28.1 was a hot-fix released on the 21st of March 2019 and was succeeded by 0.0.29.0.

We've unfrozen your bank accounts. (Fixed withdrawal of coins from coin banks.)
Geodes now stack.
Geodes halves can now be destroyed, via mining or chiseling.
Fixed looping particle on poison cloud effect.
Fixed issue that caused players to rocket up to the top of boulders, and be potentially trapped up there.
Fixed respawn rate of ore boulders in the mines.
Fixed issue with invisible items coming of lockboxes.
Fixed issue where items held in hand on logout would vanish or be dropped on relogging.
Items that fall through the world, that were held, will return to your post box.
Fixed issue with ambience sync if returned to the overworld from caves.
Fixed issue where Wyrms did not spawn. (Go deep and let us know on this one, to be sure.)
Fixed issue with syncing map boards with large amounts of items.
Old crash detector removed. (It was improperly terminating, and rebooting servers.) Working on deploying a replacement.
