The Supporter Belt is the only publicly known unobtainable Cosmetic Item. The item was originally acquired by the players that chose to support the game before the Cosmetic Store was introduced.
Trivia
While an exact number is unknown, rough estimates indicated that around 250 confirmed supporter belts exist, with more potentially existing unconfirmed.
It has been confirmed by the developers that the Supporter Belt will never be reintroduced.
