0.0.36.0 was released on the 20th of July 2019 and was succeeded by 0.0.37.0.

Changes

0.0.36.0 provided the following changes:

  • Hard Interact for Valve Index Controllers
    • 'Squeeze' controllers to remove items from docks. (Only applies to docks, i.e, back, bags, toolbelt, shelves, etc...)
    • Split pouches by squeezing controller and pulling apart, or squeeze for a time.
    • This interaction CAN be disabled by removing 'Grab Strength' action from SteamVR Input Bindings.
    • This interaction is designed to reduce accidental removal of items from pouches as you're standing idle.
  • More Item Recycling
    • Buckets can now be broken.*
    • Metal Handles can now be melted down in the recycler.*
    • Cauldrons can now be melted.
  • Screenshot Camera Changes
    • Screenshot Cameras now go black when intersecting walls and terrain.
    • Fixed zoomed in Screen Cam Remote display.
    • Fixed inconsistent bloom between player view and screenshot camera.
    • Fixed eyes bulging out on screenshots.
    • Fixed visual bug where liquids in containers wouldn't display properly on the Screenshot Camera.
    • Fixed Oculus Screenshot Camera Input
      • No longer need to press down the thumbstick, holding the 'trigger' down should capture screenshots now.
  • Items removed from docks will no longer 'swing' to the player's hand, reducing the chance of causing items to fly out.
    • This has sometimes been the cause of bags flying out when you've removed your weapon from it.
  • Input Changes
    • Fixed issue with rotation on Oculus with SteamVR.
    • Small fixes to 'Double Tap' input method. (For toggle holding on Vive-like controllers.)
    • Oculus Rift free gesture mode is now more similar to Oculus Home Hands.
  • Wyrm Spit now makes a sound when travelling.
  • Bags can now be hooked on wall hooks.
  • Fixed issue that could make a visual item get stuck inside the bag.
  • Fixed lanterns extinguishing on hips.
  • Fixed issue where lanterns consume fuel if saved on character when you logged out.
  • Fixed lantern position on long straight wooden handle.
  • Cauldrons and Buckets are now more stable on release.
  • Fixed ATMs, Maps, and Postboxes not working properly on the AUS server.
  • Fixed exploit from Recycler.
  • Fixed item bug with level shrine items.
  • Changed Gotera spawn encounter types, fixes most instances of Goteras spawning in rocks.
  • Changes to particle shaders to make them more reactive to light.
  • Fixed issue where handles would trigger Ember Composer.
  • Fixed issue with the pointy dagger blade not 'spreading' heat properly.
  • Removing shadows from small objects in the distance.
  • Developers and Moderators can now mute the microphones of everyone around them, to let them speak above others when needed.
  • Re-added blacksmith weapon rack.*
  • Reduced volume of hitting pots, and pots breaking.*
  • Reduced spawn rate of handles inside of pots and crates.*
  • Reduced spawn rate of metal bows.*
  • Pots and crates now have a chance of dropping spriggull meat.*
